Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at domgiedraitis662@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at domgiedraitis662@gmail.com
Exchanges
